Hello and welcome to the small section that's all about me.

My name is as you have probably seen plastered everywhere is Iddo Shoikhet, I am 24 as of writing this and I am a third year game programming student.

I hail from Israel, where I lived for 22 years before moving to the Netherlands for my studies. I have always had a special connection to video games as far back as I remember, my father coming back home with a WII and a copy of Zelda Twilight princess (arguably the best Zelda). He told me that I am not allowed to play since I was six years old and knew little to no English, so I did the only thing I kid at that stage knows, the complete opposite of what I was told not to do. Of course I understood nothing an had to ask for help every other frame, but that game was how I started learning English. From there my father bought a PS3 with Uncharted 2 and later on Mass Effect 2 and so on. Those stories, those worlds, the characters have led to my fascination with video games and what cemented my urge to be a part of something s that could be as monumental to someone else as those games were to me.
